What is SleepWellBaby?
SleepWellBaby is an app-based digital program developed in consultation with Australia’s leading early parenting organisation, Tresillian. We provide evidence-based tips, advice and tools to empower and support parents.
Who is SleepWellBaby for?
SleepWellBaby is designed to support parents with children of the age of 0 to 3 years. We cover some key new parent concerns such as baby sleep and settling, development, feeding and nutrition.

Is the app suitable for all babies?
The SleepWellBaby app, powered by Tresillian is specially designed for each stage of your baby’s development. Currently the app covers newborns through to 3 years of age with tailored wisdom and advice designed for children your babies age. We recognise that all babies are unique, and some need a little more specialised support than others.
How does SleepWellBaby support parents?
SleepWellBaby has been designed as an all-in-one app for parents keen to develop their parenting skills and confidence with guidance on daily rhythms tailored for each age and developmental stage from newborns to 3 years of age. Parents will be able to access numerous features, including a digital version of the tried and trusted Tresillian residential-stay program; sleep and settling tips; breastfeeding and nutrition advice; as well as customisable baby planning and tracking tools to help monitor their child’s progress.
We know that having a new baby is an amazing yet daunting time for parents – particularly when it comes to sleep. Tresillian’s evidence-based programs have been helping families for over 100 years and now through the power of digital technology, we are able to offer a support service to more parents and families in need.

What happens if I have a problem with the app?
If you have any issues or feedback with the SleepWellBaby app you can contact us via email at hello@sleepwellbaby.io for assistance and support in the first instance.
Can I get it on any device?
Yes, SleepWellBaby is available for iOS and Android
Can I delete my data?
To delete your account is a big deal - you won't be able to recover your account if you change your mind. Any subscriptions you have will also be removed.
You can do this by tapping on 'Manage Account' in the 'Toolbox' and then clicking on 'Delete Account' under 'Your Account'.

Does SleepWellBaby support twins?
Yes! SleepWellBaby supports multiple children. You can do this by clicking on the baby icon at the top left of your screen ☺️

Can I share with my partner, grandparents or nanny?
You can! We want you to share the love! SleepWellBaby allows you to share and sync with the people who are important in your baby’s life (be it family, friends or even your GP) so that you’re all on the same page.
Can I track my baby's sleep?
You can. SleepWellBaby allows you to track your baby’s sleep and feeds so you can keep on top of your day. Its like a virtual memory when you need it!
How does it work with Tresillian?
SleepWellBaby is designed to replicate the much-loved Tresillian residential stay program. In addition to the 100 years of trusted expertise and advice on sleep and settling and other key parenting concerns, SleepWellBaby empowers parents with intuitive planning and tracking tools.
